How It Works
Login
Faculty coordinators, HoD's, placement cell log in with their @sahyadri.edu.in email using OTP verification.
Book
Coordinators select hall, date, time, and provide event details. Students can view the calendar and hall availability.
Approval
Booking goes through Coordinator → HOD → Principal for digital approval and signature.
Confirmation
Once approved, maintenance receives notification via WhatsApp and organizer gets confirmation email.
User Roles
- Students: View calendar, hall details, and upcoming events
- Faculty Coordinator: Book halls, manage bookings, submit complaints
- Placement Cell: Priority booking access with override capability
- Approvers: Review and approve bookings with digital signatures
- WiFi Admin: Approve WiFi requests and provide credentials
- System Administrator: Manage users, complaints, and system settings
